Our Mission
Rooted in the belief that you are worthy of understanding exactly as you are today.
Kindred Grove was founded on a simple conviction: that growth happens not in isolation, but in the presence of genuine understanding of ourselves, of others, and of the lives we are building.

Stewardship
We are each entrusted with a life. Stewardship means caring for that life, our energy, our relationships, our time with intention and respect.
Stewardship
Compassion
Compassion is not pity. It is the willingness to sit with someone in their difficulty without rushing them toward resolution.
Compassion
Curiosity
Curiosity is the antidote to judgment. We approach every person and every challenge with genuine interest rather than assumption.
Curiosity
Understanding
We believe every person deserves to be seen and understood exactly as they are not as who they might become, but as who they are today.
Understanding
Growth
Growth is not a destination. It is a lifelong orientation, a willingness to keep learning, adapting, and becoming more fully ourselves.
We don't believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all answers. We believe in the slow, meaningful work of becoming.

Will ask you "why?" at least a few times, its my favorite question.
I created Kindred Grove because I believe there is something powerful about being genuinely understood.
I've always been curious about people; what shapes us, what matters to us, and why we sometimes struggle to move toward the lives we want even when we know something needs to change.
My approach to coaching starts there. Not with telling you what you should do, but with getting curious about where you are, what you need, and what feels meaningful to you.
Sometimes that means finding clarity, building practical tools or taking the next smallest step forward. And sometimes, that means giving you the space to hear yourself think before responding.
Before I'm a coach, I'm a person who has spent a lot of time figuring things out as I go.
I'm a mom, a partner, a leader, a mentor, a creative thinker, and someone who can probably find a reason to turn almost anything into a deep conversation. I'm endlessly curious about people, psychology, relationships, systems, and all the strange little things that make us who we are.
Professionally, my background is in leadership and organizational strategy. I've spent years leading change, mentoring people, solving complex problems, and helping others find their way through ambiguous situations.
Coaching feels like a natural extension of that work but it has proved itself so much more personal. It has given me a place to bring together the things I've cared about most: understanding people, asking meaningful questions, creating space for honesty, and helping someone recognize their potential and strengths.
I don't believe coaching means that I've figured life out. Instead, I believe it means I've chosen to keep getting curious about life; and I'd be honored to sit beside you while you do the same.
There is something incredibly fulfilling to me about witnessing the moment someone's perspective shifts. When they make a connection they hadn't made before, see a problem from an entirely new angle, or recognize a possibility they couldn't quite see before.
These moments are why I built a career in leadership, and now coaching.
I love witnessing someone's growth. I love asking the question that makes someone stop and think, "Wait... I've never looked at it that way before." And I love watching people begin to understand themselves, trust themselves, and find their own way with new empowerment.
Being invited into that process, even as a small part of someone's much bigger journey, is something I find deeply meaningful.
